Users can choose to share Folders with External Users, and set the level of permission for these Users as well.

External users will have access to your Folders and the content, but not to the rest of your system. They will only see a limited view of your Oris4 system. This is a great way to share content with Clients, Customers, Partners, or Prospects, while maintaining document security and ensuring that everyone has the information they need.
