The system saves your information and assigns you a personal Oris4 ID — in many cases simply your email address, because it’s unique and easy to remember. The next time you wish to use the Service, all you need to do is enter your Oris4 ID and password; the system looks up the information it needs to provide you with the service.

Publicly displayed information is public

In some contexts using the service, information you share is visible to other users, either within your organization or outside your organization. We make reasonable efforts to make it clear when information is visible to anyone other than you.

Personally identifiable information you submit to one of these forums (such as GetSatisfaction, our customer feedback forum) can be read, collected, or used by other individuals beyond Oris4’s control.
